Tara Morley serves as General Merchandising Manager and Director of Cole’s of Nassau and Morley for Men. She is Co-Founder and Co-Chair of The Bahamas Federation of Retailers and serves on the Board for The Bahamas Chamber of Commerce and Employers’ Confederation (BCCEC). She previously served as a board member for the Coalition for Responsible Taxation and Chairperson for the Ease of Doing Business and SME Development Division of the BCCEC. Prior to returning to The Bahamas and joining her family business, Tara worked in New York City and gained extensive financial services experience in fund strategy and development at BlackRock, the world’s largest asset manager. Tara earned her MBA with a specialization in Luxury Marketing from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, where she served as Co-President of the Luxury & Retail Club and acted as a consultant to the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Fashion Incubator Program. She also earned a BA in Economics, with honours, from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.
